While TASA offers fully customizable services — including consulting, training, and facilitating — to help districts move to the next level of school transformation, we can also provide resources your district can use to implement transformation on your own, no matter where you are in the process.

Our set of PowerPoint presentations, complete with suggested scripts and processing activities, are based on the principles outlined in Creating a New Vision for Public Education in Texas: the digital learning environment, the need for high-priority learning standards, assessments for learning, organizational transformation, and community-based accountability systems. All resources are aligned to the vision principles.

Although districts can use these resources separately or customize them, they have been designed as a set of connected, sequential tools to assist districts in moving from change awareness to deep, robust levels of organizational transformation. Districts determine appropriate entry points based on their progress in school transformation.
